  • The WII vc would have been so cool if it wasn't already so easy to get a hold of most of these games for free through emulation, too late to the party on this one Nintendo.

    I can see myself buying some N64 games because keyboard controls suck ass for console games from that generation onward. Maybe even a few coop Snes titles just because local coop is fail sharing the same keyboard, but other than that useless.

  • We need sonic CD on the VC. I mostly live off virtual console games more than wii games mostly, just chillin playing mario bros 3. Virtual console is an awesome feature. Let's hope the next nintendo console you can transfer your wii VC games to whatever is next, so you aren't out 70 bucks worth of VC games.

  • Why doesn't Nintendo put Gameboy games on VC? They could be like 300 or 400 points.

    They could also get SEGA to put Game Gear games on; I'm sure that they wouldn't care since they already got genesis games on it.

    sega produces games for all consoles and was shared 50-50

  • this isnt all true. Nintendo didnt buy sega but up till that point its all true. Segas dreamcast sales went down due to the release of the PS2. So sega had to stop manufacturing them and quit the console creating business and now produce games for all consoles. But they are more loyal to nintendo.

  • not games, but there are channels like the internet channel (Which im using right now) and the everybody votes channel, and some more will be availible in the future and the category its listed in is called "Wii Ware" and allthose channels are free (for now)

  • But Nintendo isn't claiming that it's revolutionary. Also, the DreamLibrary was very limited, very few games and they were saved into the dreamcast battery. Once you turn off the system, you lost the game. Plus, VC will have not only Genesis and TB, but also Nintendo consoles and original, indie games. And the first company to introduce downloadable games for their consoles was Nintendo with its Sattelaview on Japan.
