I'm cuban, so before the racist accusations. Cubans have been converting cars into boats for years, this is in there own garage, and without getting caught by the authority. They seal the entire bottom of the car, then fill the cavities with foam, the exhaust above the roof, rather than below the bumper, and last but not least propellers. The same motors that propel boats, are the same motors that were in american classics..

I have to wait in traffic to cross the I65 bridge. It adds an HOUR onto my commute, everyday I have to do it! That would be an hour, coming and going! The Sherman Minton bridge, linking New Albany, IN to Louisville, KY...won't be repaired until MARCH! UGH! This guy has the right idea!
