both sides are being greedy, Dish for being cheap, look up disputes with Disney, MSG and the TiVo lawsuit, dish is losing more money out of disputes and lawsuits, and they let us Dish Network Customers suffer though there cheap bad business ways, plus News Corp is just a greedy too as they want more money for these networks, it could last a month before it's over. i'll stick with Dish and have no choice but to get my local sports though an illegal stream though justin and Ustream.

Don't pretend like it's Dish Network's fault. You can't blame them for wanting a fair deal. Fox is and always has been shady. They're spinning this so they can make Dish customers angry and damage business forcing them to cave in to the high price.
I like your tagline "What good is an empty dish?" but I have to ask: What good is a dish with BUGS all over it? There's a ton of reasons why I don't have satellite or cable, and a BIG reason is because of all the LOGOS that stay onscreen on most channels.
Carrying broadcast TV on Dish is a waste of bandwidth too- there's already too much compression on most channels- are your users so stupid that they can't also hook up a regular antenna?
