The change Lee had me make was subtle... I had been running barefoot and in minimalist footwear for almost 6 months previous, so he was tweaking the form I had developed during that time. He helped me to correct a slight over-stride, decreasing the amount of pronation in my foot strike. He also helped me to focus on better posture by having me lift my head and lead with my chest. A view from the front would show more of a difference, but all I have for you is the side view.
