Growing is actually legal in some states in the US. When it is grown for personal consumption a specified # of plants are legal, a 2oz quantity is legal. This is what three cops told me when they came to my house.

the direct reflector light's are better then the street lamp one becuse they dount cuse a lot of heat bild up and heat is a bitch there in the new high time's mag i dont do drug's any more i got put in jale for doing this but if it where me in that sugwayshion i still would help out the person as much as posable. so i still keep up with high time's.
