I would never do business with Bank of America, ever have a credit card with them? The hired ghetto women from mid valley with no background checks. Some committed past crimes, were lazy, argumentative, always angry, did not like to work, and threw McD's wrappers in the home loan files and would sometimes lose the funded files of home loans. They did not give a rats ass in that Countrywide file room. I was there 4.5 years. I have only said 1% of what I witnessed.
