Actually it's not random, I finished the game 4 times, 3 with cheats, last one without cheats. Same songs always played, I even made sure of that by keeping in mind what songs played. I play it on my Xbox 360, maybe yours plays randomly on a different platform. Do you play it on the PC or PS3?

Yeah, i uploaded this because i couldnt find the GTA IV version on youtube anywhere. They were all the normal version. This song is the best song on the game & i only hope the next game has the ability to listen to music from the PS3 XMB or an in-game Radio Station so i can listen to my own music because i want this song in that game.
