Standard for standard, the Fiat would demolish the Saab 185, the 205 would do better, but the Fiat would still beat it.
You would need at least 220/230 bhp to keep up with the Fiat Coupe Turbo - the only thing you could hope for is the Fiat breaking down; as they aren't the most reliable of motors.
It seems the Coupe driver hit the floor with a cold engine.
