how to make a fork with MT driven tools

Do these machines run 24 hours a day? or does someone have to be there to keep an eye on them?

Thank you! This machining is made on a Mori Seiki lathe NL2500SY with spindle / sub-spindle and 1 turret with 12stations. With Y axis it is possible to set on each station up to 8 tools. The maximum number of tools possible is 54! The software is the standard one supplied with machine.

What is the cutting material? If you don't mind saying.

Are there different cutter strengths for different work items, or just one high strength tool per task.

By the look of the machine it appears to have one tool per task. I'm just curious as to the wear & tear of the cutting bits.
