I'm from europe aswell!!! the U.K. after doing a lot of research Best wheel on the market is g25, driving force pro has only a small 10" wheel, and the gearstick only shifts up and down

G25 Best wheel on the market ? Not exactly.

G25 is better than a Driving Force Pro, but the DFP force feedback is stronger.

But there is 2000$ Wheels out there, G25 is the best mainstream wheel

Shouldn't be. Maybe the type of setup he has, but not the simulator itself. A great amount of people have rFactor (the simulator shown.)

yes the seatbelt is needed. notice how the seat moves when he brakes,accelerates,turns? well what do you think would happen if he wasnt strapped in? he needs the belt so his body mimicks the g forces generated in a real. As for gloves, it just feels more realistic wearing gloves. Also it would be even better if was wearing a helmet. then he would feel even more of the g forces created.

Apart from the obvious ECCI wheel and pedals and Frex H-shifter. The rest looks awfully similar to Frex's motion simulator... Which I'm sure it's not, but...
