The music is too loud. The lady has a heavy European accent & if you do not remove the personal chip inside first before discarding, somebody can use it for Identity Theft.

It is good that Nokia now makes it easier to return used electronics. This video would be better without the annoying music.

that's very interesting, luckly ill always sell my old phone, i do have an extra phone that its like my emergency phone in case i lost the one i commonly use.
