Alright, this is pretty funny. But let me be the one to ruin it all for you :D

The reason Caitlyn looks so weird is thanks to a special thing you can install, that lets you have custom skins (which only you can see, unless someone have installed the same skin) apperently she installed it in a wrong way, which pretty much messed it up, as you can see.

This should also explain alistar.
