  • Do itashimashite. The banjo is getting a lot of attention these days. there's a PBS broadcast this coming Friday called "The Banjo Project" narrated by Steve Martin. I think we are in good company! I may play a banjo onstage for the first time this weekend. I play rythm guitar in an old time jam band and I'm gonna sneak a banjo tune or 2 in. We're playing at The South Florida Bluegrass Jamboree this Sunday!

  • Is that olod time 2 pick thumb lead? I like your rendition. I'm trying it clawhammer style in double C capo 2 (D). Are you in G? Thanks. Oh. Good job on the vocals!

I learned clawhammer style banjo at this youtube site.

Of course you can do it.

  • All your versions of this song are excellent! You have truly mastered traditional American music styles on banjo and Guitar!

I'll keep on practicing American old time musics.
