Darin - The only reason why they would have chosen to kick you out is because you are filming products with brand logos on, therefore if you are in a place of commerce and are publicly favouring a type of product you will effect the sales of that place. I don't think it has anything to do with public annoyance or crowd gathering as you are not legally responsible for others it's the duty of the security officer to regulate activity, you are just minding your own business.

If you can try to get some oatmeal with it or replace the whey with eggs and save the whey for later... especially if you're cutting carbs, take those in the morning to give you energy the rest of the day... otherwise, good job!
Most people go through a bulk phase, eating alot of calories to ensure enough for muscle growth, they gain excess fat, ,but then cut calories, increase protein over carbs for a SHORT PERIOD, trying to keep as much muscle as poss!
It's not just about building muscle, it's about as keeping as much muscle to when your going through the cutting stage!
