@vangsta1997 so place it down softer, the same way u would hit something softer. The answer to the other question i believe is in the video, Trial and error is the best form of correction so keep at it.
i got a problem when i sweep my legs in the beggining my left legs go up and then my right legs sweep under it goes up also but then i just fall i cant get to the point when im on two hands and my legs are in a v

@dooberance 1st of all, build up your upper body strength. Then, I presume you are already familiar with basic moves like the 6-step, toprock, basic freezes and such things. Good thing to start with the windmill, but try to focus on it, don't try out many moves (especially powermoves) at one time. Master windmill first, then move on to flares and then to other moves. Also, handstand is very important, if you can handstand for at least 10 secs, you're pretty much set.

I can't explain, i have friends that are 200+ LBS that are physically stronger than me, but can't support there own 200lb frame. Physical Training and Strength Training are completely different. Maybe master a perfect handstand, when i say perfect (Forever)

@erubielgil weight training and physical body training are completely different, its more about core strength, and being able to support your own body. Practice simulating the flare from front to back with your feet on the floor continuously so your body can understand the flow of the flare.
@erubielgil sounds like u don't have the strength to support your body, work on handstands for a week. If you already have perfect handstands then i don't know. I have never experienced wrist pain, but its common with people who don't stretch. So Warm your wrist up before practicing, don't just go straight into it.

you should go over ther rear portion thats where alot of people get lost on. that shift in the hips that get your legs high and straight in the back Thats where im stuck at.
@yoyoandbow 1 month for 1 perfect one, then about 3-4 months for 3-5 flares about 6 months until i had it consistent, its all up to how much u really want it and your determination.
