@KontessaRose Hi, actually after the holidays I ended up right in the same place I was a year ago :( but Im on P3 now and under LIW for the 1st week. This is the phase I usually mess up but I'm doing good so far.
Make sure you get enough protein, lack of really causes carb cravings. I started in Aug. 2010 and am on round 2 right now. I really haven't lost much this week (#5) and it's getting discouraging. I haven't cheated either!
Reward is not putting on the weight again- well said. Few people stabilize correctly, I still can't have starch. Gained 4 lbs overnight from a small popcorn and that just makes me mad and want to EAT. I'm still 26 lbs under last year at this time, but it wants to come back. Scary.
@Yoliechula Hey Yolie, good to see you are still around. Staying away from carbs is so hard for me when I'm off of HCG. Is it a mental thing or is HCG that good at keeping me good?
Sounds familiar. I added back carbs and stabilizied so well that I started eating all kinds of carbs... even dessert. I wasn't eating dessert before HCG! Those crazy cravings. I still have lots of lessons to learn too.
Hey sweetie! Your story sounds a lot like mine. Finally this p3/4 I've learned to keep myself in check, its R3 for me and I'll start R4 mid September. I'm not giving up on you, you can do it!!! I've done the break thing too, I've just gotten burnt out on vlogging but I'm still watching and I'll probably do an update video like you in the next week or so! Keep it up, you will get it. It's all about learning how your body works :)
@HCGShrinkingWoman Thanks for supporting me through my hard times. It is so easy to just give in but I'm learning how much it SUCKs to regain weight. Looking forward to seeing a vlog from you:)
I just done my first round & finished stage 3 stabilization - I was SO Sick the WHOLE time on HCG !! on stage 3 I gained 6 lbs the first 9 days with OUT cheating AT ALL!!! I CRIED SO HARD!! But the last week of stabilization I LOST ALL of those 6 LBS ! WOW!!! JUST STICK TO IT!!! Even though I know I can now eat ''anything'' I will NOT go there because it was WAY to hard to get it out of my system ! I don't Crave it anymore & want to keep it that way !! 25 -30lbs 2go - WHAT A HORRIBLE RIDE !!
@OZARKCOTTONTOP you felt sick? I feel better on HCG, more energy and lighter. It sounds like you've got P3 down and will do awesome on your next round.
OMG, yes, Phase 3 is THE most important part of this protocol. You are SO correct. Having to RELOSE pounds is just as difficult as regular pounds. I finished R5P2 & released 13#, but I'm still 10# from where I was last yr, when I had my gallbladder mess. I'm at 179.2# today & I am doing P3 by the book as I'm NOT regaining any.
Yeah it took me a couple of rounds of gaining some back before I learned my lessons. My lesson for me was I have to stay away from carbs forever or else I gain. I don't eat any chips, breads, crackers, sugary foods etc. Kinda sucks...but its not worth the regaining. Some people can return to eating like that...but not everyone. We have to figure out what our own body likes.
@mamaclok wow, no carbs forever...choices we have to make to keep at a healthy weight. I didn't know you had to go more rounds, too, but thanks for sharing that.
60 pounds is still 60 pounds! I am proud of ya, Beth. P3 is critical and SO difficult for many of us, but 3 weeks can be done. Be strict like P2... no regrets, hon. Just keep moving forward. :-) Patience and Balance. So true... gotta live, too. Love ya, girl.
@HCGBlondeAmbition Thanks sweetie, you are so good at cheering people on. It is needed as we can be so hard on ourselves. Thanks for showing me this is possible if I can stay committed.
youre very pretty for 40!

Your right - stabilization is the clue and probably the HARDEST for all of us! You are RIGHT - the reward is NOT gaining it all back!

@hawkcrew007 thanks, now if I can put that into action and not just words.

P3 is so hard I had a fight on my first round it was such a roller coaster ride but 60 pounds is 60 pounds be proud of that.

@kingpin5563 thanks, P3 shoudn't be hard but it is for many of us. HCG must give us more strength to say "NO" then what we think.

60 LBS in One Year is Awesome girl!!! I understand how hard it is to gain the weight back, but a net 60 lb loss is really good!

@HcgKam Thanks, yes, at least I was able to keep 60lbs off and not regain all of it back.
