For the PS2, there isn't any recent plans for english adaptation. But I heard Yaoi Forever is making an english translation for the pc game. :3

I'd say it has a higher chance of coming to us now that they cut some of the sexual scenes which means to could open to a wider audience than just girls.

This game has only been released in Japan.

It actually started as a manga/bishounen PC game, and they toned the naughty stuff in order to turn it into a PS2 game, since it has a pretty decent premise.
