This is how it works in almost every case. Officer sitting and doing paperwork or leaving from another "call", Dispatcher says, need officer at ( insert address or street crossing) then they will say caller( person that called in an issue) states- what ever the issue is. Police officer then drives car to location and performs job. The police are not usually driving around looking to breakup a block party.

@Trendwin actually, on PRIVATE PROPERTY, police have no say so unless the owner of that property complains. The cops came here because it was PUBLIC PROPERTY. We have parties all the time on my property and when the police come they ask for the owner of the property and once I tell them that everything is in order with me, they have to leave. The right to an Assembly is one of the first bill of rights.
