Swifty! When you do the 'Bicep Curls', dont swing.

Rather, curl slowly up and slowly down. Benefit of that is its more resistant training and it creates better form and focus.

Also, when you curl, make sure your elboms stay 90* to the floor, dont let them move forward as its reduces the stress on the bicep muscle when you fully curl. Another thing I've learnt, is when you for instant curl with your left arm, twist your hand @ the top of the curl so your palm faces away from you sort of . Like

I would suggest you to don't use stuff that are normally used on computer games such as Sound card + graphic card...

You can always get a perfect soundcard on a really music shop and a graphic card on a really studio... They would recommend you the best... And Honestly you need tons of Hard Drives so you don't have the problems we normally have while editing and re-editing videos.

Anyways, at the moment both platforms are pretty good, that being said, i would go with nvidia, they have just often had an edge on the ATi cards, plus the last 1-2 years, there has been alot of software problems, that ATi/AMD's software team has been waaaaaaaaay to long about fixing, they have been fixed at some point, but alot of people might have experienced the sticky-mouse arrow-in-the-corner-of-the-scr­een bug, which took them like 2-3 months to fix :P

Get a Intelplatform setup (meaning a motherboard with intelsocket, and of course, an intel processor) and the with a Nvidia GPU. But i would wait a bit though, since the new GFX card series from both ATi and Nvidia is almost on the doorstep, and a new Socketplatform/processor platform has also just come out.

Swifty if i were you if you want the best of the best What i would do is get a intel core i7 E 3960k (6 core xtreme) APPROX $1,000 32gigs of ram appox $200 and then crossfire 7950s which will come out within a month $500 each and get a compatible motherboard either ASUS or MSI and for your cpu cooler id reccomend a Corsair H100 and get a decent power supply, IMO the best prices are on Newegg

I recommend the i7 2600k, just put a good cooler on it and you can easily overclock it to 4,5 ghz at least. 16 gb corsair vengeance 1600 mhz is good for rendering, you should def buy yourself a nice ssd, its makes a lot of difference. for the graphic card i should wait for a 79xx ati radeon cars, the new cards are gonna be great

if you want faster and better video editing, i would definately go with Nvidia Video......go with the Fermi Core, because it will actually work with parallel computing, meaning it will help your cpu when you are encoding/decoding video......as for motherboards ASUS is by far top of the line because of the hardware..........as far as CPU its a use choice but when I do my builds i use AMD because they are inexpensive and they bench right up with intel.........

Wait for New generation of Intel CPU's. Ivy Bridge comes out in 3-5 months, wait for the new 2500k (3750k?) It will be more than enough for streaming etc. - Get a SSD once again and a 2tb External for stuff - keep your current HDDs. New GPU's come out this year (AMD and Nvidia) your pick, you can go for the new 6950s (7950s) xfire and run a quality cooling system with simple casing. 2600k is useless - you will never use over 4 cores for what you specifically do. Thumbs up.

your computer is probably just overheating because there is dust in your graphics card fan itself, not just the computer fans. download furmark and check your computer temp. if your computer shuts down, you need to clean out your fan. if you clean your fan and it is still overheating, you need a new card, or a new fan for your card if the fan is just broken.
