Aactually Martin haD been struggling w/ bipolar disorder since b4 the show began. He was on medication and probably wasnt takin his meds on set. @ the same time as tisha's suit martin's wife was filing for divorce saying that he had mult.personalities,was violent and threatened 2 kill her.Also in tisha's suit other employees of the show admitted martin acted strange on set,had fits of rage and randomly threatened 2 fire people who hadnt done anything.I think this all stems back 2 his illness

It is actually Martin who filed for divorce against his wife. She gave his livein nurse (he was on treatment for bipolar disorder )days off with out consulting him. He got pissed off with and assaulted her(wife) and she got a restraining order against him. So he filed to divorce her.
