Well there's always Madden '11, or maybe '12, or maybe '13, or maybe finally Madden '14 to get it done right. I just have the feeling that in Madden '14 they're "reintroduce" the refs yet again...

I never talked about the gameplay or any features. I talked about the PRESENTATION. dude in nfl 2k5 they showed you plays not only the stats, but they showed you the meaningful plays that happened at the half. Dont forget how it integrated the "Chris Berman Halftime Show" check this out. watch?v=w9O6jKorLRo. Paste that up top and you will see what I mean. Therefore like I said, This "NEW' halftime show isn't a new feature and since they did copy the idea they could have at least matched it. EA has the ESPN License too so they could/should be using it more like this. Get it?

I could care less about a rush for minus 2 yards.

Also, during the regular season, show highlights from the other games.

Plus implement the flex scheduel. If my team is playing well, they should be able to play on Sunday Night.

And when you get deeper in franchise, make the scheduel realistic. Meaning: the NFL does not scheduel a team for 8 straight home games, then 8 straight road games. The Super Bowl champ has the first game at home.
