her beautiful voice...is what got her in american idol....every one has diff opinions...at least she made it through ...not everyone gets a shot..and she did regardless if she was the 1st to get elimanted but i give her credit....good job amy!!!

The problem with her is that she was boring. Anyone in their right mind on American Idol needs to realize that doing a boring slow song on your first night in the top 24 (or 36, whatever) almost GUARANTEES you in the bottom 3 vote getters.

She had a good voice and some talent. It's just her song choice and her music style that ruined any shot she had.
