  • i want to know when do women/girl start to get their blood flows

is it harmful for any person who make love to that girl

i have heard that when women get their blood flowing they can get pregnant when loved by any person

because it is blood and stuff like that

  • Anyone knows where r the next videos of this series ?? thx :)

  • Thanks for sharing your knowledge:) Very beneficial.

  • very interesting.

  • I was hoping for a more technical survey of what female sex hormones do what during different points of the cycle.

  • What irritates me is that they keep saying that a sign of PMS is being irritable. When I'm cramping I'm irritated because I'm in a lot of pain. So don't tell me to calm down. I just want to kill everyone who is not in pain, because I am. Every month. For 2 days. So don't tell me to be calm.

  • My doctors tell me that I should have a baby and then my cicle will be better. I'm 27 and never had a relationship longer than 5 months. Not terribly likely I ever will. They say that I should just thoughen it out. I once had to call the ambulance as I was loosing consciousness because of the severe cramping. They asked me if I was pregnant or anything and I told them not possible. It's just not getting easier.

  • Amazing!

  • If u have PMS progesterone cream is essential to balance hormones, in its natural form it is called wild yam..

Most of us need this as there are so many things that mimic estrogen and make it unbalanced i,e plastic, herbicides, pesticides, toxins in products such as Sodium lauryl sulphate, Propylene glycol, parabens etc.. if you want access to Neways which is a company offering non toxic products then pls look at their website and message me..

  • I like your name lots and lots.

  • oh i thought she was a guy

  • While it's true what you eat can have an effect on your period, I found that's not always the case, from my personal experience and others.

  • ok how are we supposed to get enough protein and fat if youre underweight? I have to eat dairy and red meat because i have a high metabolism... vegan products are gross- any advice anyone (other than baked beans - yuk!)

  • i get moody and tetchy at odd intervals up to a week beforehand and then backache and abdominal cramps... cannabis really helps so does doing lots of stretches. I have funny cravings, this month grapefruit and cheese and ham salad sandwiches !

  • Nice video. :)

  • I'm 15 and I have periods that last a week at irregular intervals (like 6 months or 9 months in between), any idea what that would be?

  • Are you athletic, tictacs? If you're heavily into sports, it can affect your cycle and make your estrogen levels low.

  • nope, no sports

  • It would have been great to have visuals while she was explaining the physical stuff.

  • Really wish everyone would watch you guys videos. wake up the masses! :)

  • Til the age of 27 I experienced heavy, painful 3 days periods, then I met my vocal teacher who taught me about my body and yoga, and one of the things she taught me as that dairy was a no no...as well as coffee. well, I cut dairy from my diet and a few months later I started to experience 2 days 1/2 non painful periods, since then I became a vegan and therefore no animal products and I can tell you my periods are no big deal anymore.

    Good luck to all women

  • Damn, all that stuff is definitely me!! I'm 49, and I'm starting to get two periods in one month. Is that a normal thing?

  • My wife says coffee and butter are worth the pain.

  • Thanks so much for mentioning the blood test! I had one done a year ago and the doctor didnt shed any light on why I was getting hot flashes, night sweats, hormonal and period changes, craving changes, etc. and not being in menopause...well, because I am periomenopausal!

  • I like you. You say some of the same stuff I already know. The stuff I do not know you didn't get too technical. I wish my doctor would talk like you. Thanks. You sound very intellegent and you can communicate it at a decent leve.
