Didnt they cancel eight days and the getaway 3 cause of the other big games that were coming out. Like the ones that are coming out this year. It was costing them too much to keep in production and they had to get other games finished. Im pretty sure this is true, but dont take my word for it; just over the years of researching.
Just my opinion, but Resistance 1 was better, the pulse cannon and other cheap weapons take 0 skill to use, you just get jewed in the game left and right, but don't get me wrong, I've almost got a 2.0 kdr and it's fun to do well in like any game, I just prefer Killzone 2 =)
they havent released what other platform its on. its most likely PC. wii cant handle the graphics and putting it on the xbox will not be a financially sound move. PC will gather millions of ppl. wow kinda gives sign of a strong gaming population on the PC platform
It's because Sony had a plan, and it revolves around online games. Eight Days, was not going to have online features so it would bring Sony's plan out of wack. It really sucks, that was one of the reasons that I bought the PS3. The PS3 still rulze!

I downloaded most of the footage from gametrailersDOTcom in wmv format. Imported it all, along with the music, into Adobe Premiere which I used to edit. I then exported the video into an avi which I uploaded on to youtube. I hope that helps.

yea MGS 4 is not coming to 360. what Konami was really trying to say is that they're not going to make any more exclusive games. they're going multi-platform everytime they make a game.
Tekken 6 and FF13 are on 360 now. 360 also has a version of the Naruto game that the PS3 doesn't have, but they both came out on the same day. Haze sucks, and 360 is getting Forza 3, will you are getting Gran Turismo 5. Both good games. All depends on your preference. But Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 as well as MGS4 are amazing.

well, slightly downgraded graphics a few less weapons and SHORTER IN-GAME CUTSCENES INSTEAD OF PRERENDERED CINEMAS. It would fit like a glove or at the very least 2 disks which has been done before
the weapons only take up a few mb where would the point be, the downgraded graphics would have to go down to the likes of the new star wars game (not bad but not good either) and the prerendered cinemas are what mgs fan have come to LOVE about the game, every time we finished a chapter i dont know a single person who didnt get comfortable and snug to watch it as if it was a fricken movie.

the cutscenes in mgs4 arent pre-rendered, they use the same engine as the game itself

My friend MGS4 does not use prerendered graphics for cutscenes,it uses the game engine for em.:D Even the MGS 1,2,3 do the same,they never use prerendered graphics for cutscenes.
it would fit on about 5 x box disks after that, you know how many textures they had to make? the suit for snake would take up a gig at least, the cut scenes would have to be shortend to about 15 mins each, which would leave alot of the long time mgs lovers angry, the graphics and gameply run on 3 cores, x box only has 2 core, face it, its not going to xbox ever.
I don't get what's so good about MGS4 I bought it, Played it for like 5 mins and after 2 cutscenes turned it off! The cutscenes r waaaay to long the controls are fiddly and frankly I don't get it! Oh well I'll just stick to RFOM2

it's because you aren't interested in the story. mgs4 is really meant for people who played the passed games and got really into the story. the gameplay of mgs4 is okay...but the gameplay of mgs1 and mgs2 were considered the best of the best, because it was revolutionary and hadn't been done.

? wow u retard if mgs4 came 2 360 it would be a 9 or 10 disk packge cuz the ps3 blueray has 50 gb and they had 2 compress the game. and what does 360 disk capacity way less bro

well, slightly downgraded graphics a few less weapons and SHORTER IN-GAME CUTSCENES INSTEAD OF PRERENDERED CINEMAS. It would fit like a glove or at the very least 2 disks which has been done before

the weapons only take up a few mb where would the point be, the downgraded graphics would have to go down to the likes of the new star wars game (not bad but not good either) and the prerendered cinemas are what mgs fan have come to LOVE about the game, every time we finished a chapter i dont know a single person who didnt get comfortable and snug to watch it as if it was a fricken movie.

a Movie? thats not the point, its a game not a movie! if I pay 60 bucks to play a game I want to play a game! besides long cutscenes are the #1 complaint in MGS games they probably put those in to extend play time since I heard the cutscenes add up to a quite a few hours

dude no it is not ,if it was, x-box would need like 8 or 9 disk for whole entire game because the game is so long thats blu-ray disk has have like 50 gig on it for alot of memory!

I've heard that a million times but i happen t know that it may be possible for MGS4 to be on the 360 if:
A- Less weapons(the game has to many weapons since you only need a few to finish the game)
B-Watered-down graphics(not too much, GoW-like, it would still look good)
C-Shorter in-game cutscenes instead of pre-rendered cinemas(long cutscenes are the #1 complain in MGS games)
with that the game could fit in 2 Xbox discs at most.

the cutscenes in mgs4 arent pre-rendered, they use the same engine as the game itself
but yeah, they sould definetely shorten them..
no shit, I only get to play games in the evening after school/work/other shit, and I fell asleep like 5 times playin ( err...watching) mgs4! HAHA! but its still one of the best games ever, if not the best! almost cried at the end loll

i played it the the story is awsome but the gameplay is borring i just stick with shoters and Raceing games i relly dont give a rats ass if it comeso out on 360 i dont care for the game

I don't even know why any Xbox 360 owners even want or care about MGS4 anyway. If they were fans at all they probably would have gotten PS3 in the first place.

My friend MGS4 does not use prerendered graphics for cutscenes,it uses the game engine for em.:D Even the MGS 1,2,3 do the same,they never use prerendered graphics for cutscenes.

it would fit on about 5 x box disks after that, you know how many textures they had to make? the suit for snake would take up a gig at least, the cut scenes would have to be shortend to about 15 mins each, which would leave alot of the long time mgs lovers angry, the graphics and gameply run on 3 cores, x box only has 2 core, face it, its not going to xbox ever.

I don't get what's so good about MGS4 I bought it, Played it for like 5 mins and after 2 cutscenes turned it off! The cutscenes r waaaay to long the controls are fiddly and frankly I don't get it! Oh well I'll just stick to RFOM2

well if youi like resistance fall of man 2 then that may be the cause? i mean i love it aswell i got it day release, but i dono MABEY you might be more of a fast paced gun and run person? but mgs 4 is an undouted legand game, just its not your taste :)

it's because you aren't interested in the story. mgs4 is really meant for people who played the passed games and got really into the story. the gameplay of mgs4 is okay...but the gameplay of mgs1 and mgs2 were considered the best of the best, because it was revolutionary and hadn't been done.

yea actually i do own the game and i ment to put resistance fall of man ,,,,,,, 2 but i misses it, and i just want to say, it is call of duty 5, any sequal weither it be the 2nd or the 10th, i dont really care its the 5th installment to the CALL OF DUTY series, so call it what you want i dont care its still no matter what call of duty 5.
