Thank you for posting! Looks like the key is to go slow and keep adjusting the gathers or checking them as you go. Do you ever get the puckers or folds on the (bodice) fabric underneath the gathered skirt? I keep doing this and have to keep going back and tearing out the stitches and start all over again! :P Frustrating!
