What about volume? is that all touch also? how hard is it to adjust the volume when you need to in a hurry? I dont want to have to look for it. If its not manual it might keep me from buying one.

@vaticanantichrist that shouldn't be a problem for you.. on the left side of the Zune HD there's a button. After you've pressed this button the volume/pause/play/next song/previous song-menu appears on the screen an there you can easily control the volume... (however with touch)... I've got the Zune HD with 32gb... and i'm using it nearly all the time.. and changing the volume quicky has never been a problem for me... hope this helps you ;)

no it doesnt have a speaker..so u have 2 listen 2 everything with ur head fones..thats tha only downfall th it has..but other then that its a great product

I have since decided to get an Iphone, this device may try to copy the features but if you look up an iphone app called comic zeal you'll see how much it overshadows this player.

The great idea this device has going for it is having HD movies ready to go like if you were at a friends with nothing to watch on a big screen, but I'm starting to feel being allegiant towards Zune just to avoid the Apple crowd is just as idiotic as their target market. there is a official sdk dude its called Microsoft ZNA it works with all zune models, and ive been getting information for months now about a apps store from zune, and whats wrong with the web browsing? i think its perfectly fine, another thing is it gets 24hrs battary life not a measly 2-4 hours iphones/itouches get, also itouch/iphones touch screens are a bit inacurate the zunehd is neaarly spot on, the certifyed qwerty keyboard is also a big bonus, you missed half the features comparre first.

Zune HD doesn't even have an official SDK for 3rd party developers yet. Apple has nothing to worry about. By the time the HD even gets a decent app catalog, Apple will be introducing their upgraded iPhone/iPod Touch. This is good for consumers b/c it pushes developers. Nice try Microsoft, but until you have a fully-integrated device that has internet access at all time with a good browser and ample app catalog, the iPhone will trump all!

No Apple wont be in trouble, because apple will just counter it with a better design. Honestly Apple has ore market share and more returning customers now than Microsoft and they are beginning to gain the trust of more and more people. Microsoft has just finally run it's course of sitting on the throne of the computer world. they just haven't been able to keep up with apple for the last 2 years, period.

Run it's course as the computer king? Don't know where you're looking buddy, but Windows 7 far and away blows away the glitchy, over-priced Leopard. Plus, any Linux distro is even better than any OS made by Apple or Microsoft.
