Played this last night & loved it, but got past the 2nd boss with time left and the game just ended, bit of a joke :\

@NamcoAmerica I'm unsure, it was last year, i tried the pvp, and i'm unsure if the mode with the spiders and the one with the Dragon robot are the same mode or not.

Namco, This is probably your BEST arcade game of 2010, and 2011 at that, There should be a version for XBLA or the PSN shop!

@biggerthanlife01 Thanks for your comment. We're glad you like the game. In response to the XBLA and PSN comment, a lot of the elements that make this game so special would be lost if it were to transfer over to the console side. Keep on playing it at the arcades! Make sure you try out all three different game modes.

Do you have a certain amount of lives, or can you continously play by inserting tokens for lives?

@thesimsonline1 The battles are all time based. You have an infinite amount of lives. If your tank is destroyed, you will quickly re-spawn.

Yes. You have to get very lucky in terms of the number of colossus missiles dropped and you need to beat the enemies before him quickly. 1.5 seconds on the clock when we finished the final boss.

Yes someone has. My friend and I beat the final boss tonight. We went to an arcade/bar, loaded up our players cards with points and ordered about 8 vodka tonics over 2 hours. We finished with 1.5 seconds to spare and just got extremely lucky by getting many, many colossus missiles. Also, you can improve your chances by taking out the initial enemies in that stage as fast as possible. I think we had about 45 seconds when the final boss came in.

i remember an old tank game from namco and it keeps saying GODDAMMIT when shot . I loled when i heard that. now seeing a new tank game i cant wait to play this
