I believe it, I am disgusted and not at all surprised by anything dubia and his junta could do. BUT, any person from another nation caught in Iraq during the occupation without permission or a clear reason can be assumed to be a member of Al Qaeda. In my uninformed opinion...
How many of those detainees were arrested just for that? To me it is solid proof of being terrorists.
A lot of those taken in Afghanistan were not captured at all - they were purchased from the Northern Alliance for $2500 to $5000, and the NA were smart enough to know that anyone who looked Arabic was worth cash.

Oh, this just gets BETTER AND BETTER. Is there any limit to the messes Dubia and his junta got us in?
And of course, the opium dealers who would deserve anything that happened to them would be just the kind of people the NA would let go.
