@YnaffitDyob Webs was updated by this time. It is, however, pretty much the same thing. Just go to your site manager, at the top right hand corner, somwhere there, will be a "Modify Template" box. Click on that. Once redirected, click the "Advanced CSS" tab, which can be found beside the other options there. Paste the CSS code, and enjoy :D
