thanks to davidfan for clarifying the progressions he notes... this guy goes a little to fast for me, and I could use a little more follow-through on each section. (yeah, i'm slow! even on coffee!) But thanks, it's good stuff, i can work on it.
Awesome ... One of my favorite chord progressions, Glad you're gettin' it to the masses!!
C - Am - F- G made the 50's/60's (Can also be G-Em-C-D) ... Earth angel, Stay, Stand by me, What a wonderful world, chain gang, up on the roof, cupid ... Tons of others. ... You should check out the Pachabell rant by rob parnovin (spelled it wrong) I think you'd love it.
Love the lessons...thanks. Haha....but if you play 3 songs with the same progression and people notice, well, I doubt u r going to have a very happy audience :)
love this video - thanks for taking the time to share this - any chance you can do the full mr bojangles? ( chord progression ) - would love to play that at my sisters wedding next month...thanks again!
i play keyboard and im trying to find really good chord sequences that i can improvise to. I've been playing for about 9 years (10 years soon) and I think I'm at the point now where I've learned nearly all the possible chord sequences. This one your teaching people on this video I figured out for myself. But, commenting on this chord progression, there are probably 1000s of songs with this chord progression as well. I'll tell you another good one as well -
yeh, i was exaggerating abit there. i meant i've pretty much at the point where i can't come up with anymore good chord sequences. but yeh, your are right in that sense.
well it was a month ago when i made the comment saying i wanted to learn all the good chord sequences, and well since then, i've understanded that the best way to come up with good chord sequences, is like what you said, just don't think about it too much. It merely comes to me via improvisation.
When people say that i'm only 14, its usually followed with "don't rush" or "you have plenty of time", but i'm not really rushing and i know i have plenty of time, so thats why i want to get better and better, in the plenty of time that i have. Why be good at the age of 40, when you can be absolutely fantastic!

Nice work, I'm pretty sure it's the backbone to Landslide by Fleetwoord Mac too. And somewhat the start point for Piano Man by Billy Joel.
Cheers, M.

Thanks.
There really isn't much more to it (Bojangles). The breaks are all pretty much f and g. I'm sure you can find tabs all over the web.

life times.

I suppose I was a bit hasty with my comment but it was early morning. How about stop trying
if that's what you're doing,some things can't
be forced and you're only 14 so you have plenty of time,it will come, just don't think to much.
