I'd say it lacked intellect somewhat to assume that your own opinion and taste in music is to be regarded as so 'correct' and so authoritative that anyone who listens to trance music is by default incorrect and indeed mistaken in their enjoyment of said genre.

Believe it or not, making trance is harder than most people think, espeacially when your dealing with vocalists,and other live elements, i.e live drums, live percussion. Even if you think its the worst form of electronic music, u have to respect the talented people who write these huge trance riffs.... simple

i bought the book after reading about it in Mixmag - it's very good tutorial book: simple and clear. especially if you are a beginner as there are some DVDs to go with it. highly recommended

bought the book - really good info for using plugins/post-processing sounds and working with existing tracks to make them sound more professional. Not so good if you're looking for help in composing/structuring your music, try the book by Rick Snoman for that instead.
