When I am buying something, if one product is German. The decision is easy. German all the way! (& I am English!). German manufacturing - BEST in the world
good stuff :-). i dont know how to play an instrument professionally but my passion is the right place and i have self taught myself guitar, piano, and fruity loops along with teaching myself basic music theory and synth programming.....yet all of it is useless unless you got the creative flair.... oh the writers block!!
You can learn how to use every tool in the book, but that doesn't mean you're good; you've got to have your heart in the right place. Then even if you're not the best with every tool. you'll still be loved. Remember that artists. In short, if you're in it for the money and fame, get out because you're gonna crash and burn in the end.
Everyone that says that making EDM music is for non talented musicians, I dare you to come in my studio and make a track, ITS NOT EASY, lots and lots of things u have to know and do,do get it just right, , Know about drums, bass, leads, chord stabs, automation, compression, reverb.delay, distortion, synthesis, oscillator, filters,Release,Attack, frequency's etc etc
He is unwidely known as "Wellenrausch".Look for his tracks under that name and ye shall hear trance as it has never been done before.Truly,i dont know if the tutorial is good, but the producer truly is an unnatural talented ubermnesch.
jesus people lmao, he's saying it teaches techniques and methods to HELP with production (compression, EQ and mastering etc.), not how to create a melody or a drum beat, THAT is the part you do on your own.
Oh Nein, so viel Englisch in den Anwendungen und in seiner Musik und dann so etwas. Mir bluten die Ohren. Aber der Wille zählt, auch wenn es Werbung war ;-)
Oh no, so much english in aplications and in his musictracks, but his english was horrifying.
invanorm i do not agree, something like a deep/tech house track contains more musical complexities & innovation. Also allot of these producers can do very successful live shows as they are accomplish musicians.
i'm not too big on trance but what i really do like about it is that it basicly makes the producer and the musician one in the same.. the clearness & production standards are awesome sounding
I'd say it lacked intellect somewhat to assume that your own opinion and taste in music is to be regarded as so 'correct' and so authoritative that anyone who listens to trance music is by default incorrect and indeed mistaken in their enjoyment of said genre.
Just because you don't enjoy it someone who does is wrong?
It's like stating the colour pink is either true or false.
And incidentally,if I wrote a rock tune using just one chord it doesn't then make the entire genre unimaginative.
definately agree with you there, I think it may be one of the few forms of electronic dance music that even conventional dance haters have to agree requires talent.
Believe it or not, making trance is harder than most people think, espeacially when your dealing with vocalists, and other live elements, i.e live drums, live percussion. Even if you think its the worst form of electronic music, u have to respect the talented people who write these huge trance riffs.... simple
@MrRivaz of course, a lot of talent, skill and hard work is needed. I usually cringe when i hear trance...only cos i love house so much. but no doubt its still good music.
