The acting "styles" were on par with the comic book characters. Clearly the writer and actors know their source material.

Batman talked a little too much.

The fight scenes were OK, though digitally speeding them up would have helped.

Poison Ivy was HOT!

Overall, this film is damn near Hollywood-level (albeit without any special FX).

Man, you've made one of the most fantastic fan-made Batman films I've ever seen. The story was cool. The sets, costumes and photography were almost perfect. Bat, what's more important, you've used the best version of the Bat-Family (Bruce, Tim, Dick, Barbara, Selina & Cassandra) and you gave quite a sense of personality to the characters; one could see the bond between them. They were deep. They interacted as a family.

Very well written and the lighting was perfect. These have to be some of the best costumes I've seen in a fan made film. Other than the girl that played Harley Quinn the acting needs a bit of work. You should also update the Batsuit if you're planning on makings another one. Need better adhesive on Robin and Nightwing's masks as well. Robin's looked like it was starting to slowly come off.

Also I thought Batman's voice in this was great (most of the time). Batman's voice should be DIFFERENT than Bruce Wayne's voice, but not a deep growl. Kevin Conroy did it best, this guy was clearly emulating what Kevin did. Perfect? No, but it sounded like Batman to me.

I like the writing very much. It helps when you don't need to care about introducing characters to the story the way Hollywood needs to struggle with. You captured the Batman we know and love from the comics with great subtlety. Seeing Dick Grayson in as Nightwing was a nice touch too.

But lemme say a few trivial thoughts: Batnipple should be cut out unless it's an in-joke, Dick Grayson's hair could be longer, Batman's voice should be more steely. Choreography a good effort, but can improve.

Join DVXuser, read, get a descent slider, crane, glidecam, buy a GH2 and hack it for the static shots and run it 4:2:2 out to a ninja recorder, cut half the characters, recompose some of the shots, focus on rhythm and tone, fix the jello as well as the noise in the blacks, actually just relight the shots and go with an af-100 for the action, or wait on the D4, wont even mention renting the scarlet, sorry I'm sure I forgot something.

I think the sound score is excellent and the costumes are top notch. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I felt Batman's acting was a little premature and his voice just didn't cut it. Forcing a deeper tone to try and sound manly hurt it more than it helped.  Robin's acting was pretty convincing. Overall though, for a fan film, it's pretty ambitious and I give it an "A" for effort.

I'm 4 minutes in and having a hard time getting past the terrible acting. Big respect for the production values and direction, but some of the line readings are just incredibly bad that they often overshadow all the good . Reminds me just how much needs to come together for a quality project. Also, I know Batman isn't built like Superman but shouldn't he be more imposing than 5"9' and 160 lbs?

I'll try to finish watching later but I was hoping to be unable to stop watching.

Ivy was AWFUL. Like, threatened-to-derail-the-entir­e-production awful. Should have killed her off.

Harley, on the other hand, was the best. I place Nightwing at second - and yes, I know he had around one minute on screentime. Both actors knew what they were doing.

I look forward to a sequel and versions of the Joker and maybe Bane and Rah's.
