  • He is singing about Kanye West and Beyonce' if you cant tell!

  • Nice video, very nice technique and flowing capability. I only hope that you will one day realize the importance of the saviors true name and its meaning. I too once believed in the translation Jesus. Ask yourself what is the translation of your name? there is none.. neither is there salvation in any other name under heaven, the saviors name came from heaven..straight from the Father..tell me who has the authority to change what the father provided..absolutely no one. • Good song - lovin Stephen the Levite! .. and nice job with adding the lyrics, bro. Very creative!

  • LOOOL

Jesus is not deity but still this is Good song I really like

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 what are you talking about??? yes he is!!

    Matthew 1:23, Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah 43:10,11, 2 Peter 1:1, Isaiah 44:24, John 1:3, Colossians 1:16, John 1:1,14, John 5:17,18, John 8:24, John 8:58, John 10:30-33, John 14:9-11, John 20:28, Acts 4:12, Acts 20:28, Revelation 1:5,6; Revelation 5:8-9, Philippians 2:5-7, 1 Timothy 3:16, Titus 2:13, Revelation 1:8, Revelation 22:13,16,

i could go on more but there are too many verses.

  • @veroinuyasha The name can be translated as, “God with us” or “God is with us.” We know that God was with the people in Jesus Christ, and Jesus himself said that if one had seen him, he had seen the Father.

God was with us, not literally, but in His Son, as 2 Cor. 5:19

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 "1 In the Beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word WAS God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being...14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:1-3,14

Jesus is not a creation, but the Creator with God and as God. The three in one. He's Diety

  • @bmpoet

"logos" is translated as “Word” in John 1:1, logos has a very wide range of meanings

speaking; words you say (Rom. 15:18, “what I have "said" and done”).

a question (Matt. 21:24, “I will also ask you one "question”).

does two are only a couple of many, With all the definitions and ways logos can be translated, how can we decide which meaning of logos to choose for any one verse?the logos in John 1:1 cannot be Jesus.

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Honestly I don't care what the Word exact definition being is, because it still says the Word WAS God and that the Word became flesh. His Son and Himself. Just because it's a mystery and a paradox does not mean it is not true.

Not only many passages support a "multiple in one" God, but so does history and the fact that all others deemed those who did not believe Christ was God as a cult and false doctrine.

  • @bmpoet yep you forget to mention that they murdered millions them to for not believing sure sounds Godly doesn't it.

Christ says, “My father is greater than all” (John 10:29). Is not the father, then greater than the son?

Christ is represented as a Priest. “Consider the ….High-Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus” (Heb. 3:1). The office of a priest is to minister to God. Christ, then, as a priest, cannot be God.

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 In the age in which the creeds and the choosing of what letters and such were to be considered gospel, the Christians were just getting out of the first major persecution eras. They were not at this time persecuting others in the name of God, so that is a mute point when retorting historical background.

John 10:29 in many early manuscripts reads "What my Father has given me is greater than all..."

The priests role was more to be the intercessor for the people not a minister

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 ... (continued from previous) to God. All minister means is to act like a priest. The Jewish priests main duties were to take care of sacrifices that were to atone for sins and be placed in the gap. Jesus is called the High Priest because he still intercedes for us. (Romans 8:27,34). And as far as not being able to do that if you're God haven't you ever discussed things with yourself? I often discuss with myself items of question... why can't God?

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 One more thing... 1 Timothy 3:16 speaks of God being manifested in the flesh. Manifest in the Greek (phaneroo) means to make known ones self, to be recognized... in the flesh. Also Zechariah 12:10 is God speaking saying, "they will look on Me, the one whom they have pierced." God says He would be pierced by sinners and Revelation 1:7 speak of Jesus who was the one pierced. Throughout scripture many of the names used for God are used to describe Jesus. One and the same? Yup

  • @bmpoet

Just like every trinity believer you skip over my question wasn't expecting you to answer them anyway.

.“God appeared in the flesh.” This reading of some Greek manuscripts has went into some English versions, the KJV is 1 of them Trinitarian scholars admit, that these Greek texts were altered in favor of the Trinity position. The reading of the earliest and best manuscripts is not “God” but rather “he who.” Almost all the modern versions have the verse ...

  • @SupernaturalGifts777

my bad you did answer sorry i did not see

  • @bmpoet

...the mystery of godliness is great, which was manifest in the flesh.

    ...

  • @bmpoet

    part 3...

Translators who believe that the word "pierced” should go back to the pronoun “him” cite textual variants that more clearly read “him,” as well as the flow of the sentence which continues with the word “him” in the phrase “they shall mourn for him” and “grieve bitterly for him.”

  • @bmpoet

part 4....The Jewish understanding of this verse has always been that the one pierced was one in an intimate relationship with God, but there is no record of any early Jewish understanding Zechariah to be saying that somehow YHWH Himself would come in the flesh and be pierced in the literal sense of the word. RSV has a good translation of the verse and that 12:10 is prophecy of the piercing of the promised Messiah.

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Honestly I've not done too much digging into scriptures to do with Trinity so I'm glad we are discussing, but I must admit, as well that, I am not a fully honest skeptic and arguing the deity of Christ will more than likely not change my mind. Though I would like to ask where you are getting your information for the Jewish understanding of this verse. Also, I really got no understanding from your part 3. And lastly, I rarely ignore questions and i forgive for accusing such.

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Part 2 Without the deity of Christ where do you stand with salvation and such. How do you explain him then? Was He filled with the Spirit... and if so what makes Jesus different from Christians now then? Is Jesus a Demi-God or a Hercules of sort... if so, doesn't that make him not pure in His generations a Nephilim ... one of the reasons why God flooded the earth in Noah's time? I usually do not choose to do vain arguments on subjects, but Christ's deity is a core belief...

  • @bmpoet

I believe Jesus was a man a human, born with out sin and was able to stay sinnless through out his whole life, he was fully commited to God 100%.

Jesus was the image of God when something is the image its not the orginal is it .

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 So human ok, but how is he the Son of God then without being some sort of Hercules or Nephilim/Demi-god? And if he was born a sinless human, then what about John 8:58 "Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am." Are you not with those who accused him of lying if you accuse him of being human alone? Also, In Philippians 2 doesn't it say that Jesus was in the form (or the external appearance of God) and equal to God?...

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Part 2 That should answer the isn't the Father greater than the Son thing... which was already mentioned in one before as well. Another question. Besides Jesus obviously being human (the Godman) where does it ever say that Jesus was the "image of God?"

  • @bmpoet

    Colossians 1:15

ok yes i know after that there is verses after that that may imply Jesus is God but i could refute but I am not cus to be honest where not going any where with this debate both of us are gonna leave believing what we started out with

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Probably very true. I am now not really trying to debate, just trying to see how in the world that Jesus not being deity and human wouldn't ruin everything. I just can't see how any of the refuting really stands and such a key belief i will not let slide until immense proof is given me.

  • @bmpoet

If you believe had to believe he was God thats fine by me. But if Jesus was claiming to be God a trinity then he was a false prophet it is written in the Deuteronomy 13 if a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, “Let us follow other gods” (gods you have not known) “and let us worship them,

  • @bmpoet

...you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Ok, lets test that: St.John says that God is the Word. He's the only Author to use this. What does he say Jesus' name is in Revelation/Apocalypse? Apocalypse 19:13 "And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood; And his name is called The WORD OF GOD". The Word became flesh in John 1:14. Did The Father become Flesh? How about the Spirit?

I don't know why I'm trying you'll probably give some strange interpretation.

  • @ServantoftheElohim

Yeah you go test that I have already 2 debates on this, I aint gonna do another one bye

  • @SupernaturalGifts777 Why? Can't you refute me? C'mon, I thought you could prove that Jesus is just a man of God and not the God-Man.......

  • @bmpoet

... The word logos in John 1:1 refers to God’s creative self-expression—His reason, purposes and plans, especially as they are brought into action. It refers to God’s self-expression, or communication, of Himself. This has come to pass through His creation (Rom. 1:19 and 20), and especially the heavens (Ps. 19). It has come through the spoken word of the prophets and through Scripture, the written Word. Most notably and finally, it has come into being through His Son (Heb. 1:1 and 2).

  • LOL wow... i already loved this song, but having the lyrics in front of me really helped me undersand the depth... thanks poster!

  • Don't claim to be a Christian if you are not, this deceives others who no nothing about Christianity or baby Christians. There will be great consequences to those who professed him as Lord but lived their lives as though He did not exist. You will reap what you sow. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

  • No way he can rap like this live.

  • thank you for the lyrics and video

  • If you like this, look up Monte Dugger "I Crusify U". Great song. Stephen the Levite is such a solid MC man. I really like his CD.

  • One of my fav songs! But what does Ak' mean? As in ...Call me Salty Ak'.

  • @ever34... Ak' is slang from the 90's. Just like saying what's up man? (What's up Ak'?)

    Beautiful song!

  • This is an Awesome Track!

  • An elder at our church wrote down a little tidbit for us:

"Sin will keep you from reading the Bible,

But reading the Bible will keep you from sin."

  • This is my favorite song right now. This is now I remember old rap, like when i was little little. I'm 22 now. And the message is exactly that!!! Yes!!! Thumbs up!!! This is truly done through God. This is Good. If you do what God wants you to do, what your small "s" spirit wants you to do, if it's done with love and worship to Him: it'll never hurt you. Why would your Father ever want anything bad to happen to you. Anyway...... blah blah.... Awesome song!

  • i do agree that it is easier to be christian, because if your believer or not , sin has made the world hard to live in but when yoke with christ it is easier(matthew 11:28-30) you know truth and living life rather then someone who doesn't believe who just exist and don't know the whole truth which is Jesus Christ

  • Comment removed

  • This is great !!!

  • only part I disagree with is 'being a Christian is easier'

  • Well, yes 'being a Christian IS easier: you get the best of both worlds. You can be like that whats-his-face guy from The Matrix who knew the truth but chose2 believe a lie & live in it. Remember he wanted the agent to erase his memory of the truth he knew so he can revel in his sin.We are either going 2 fall down like a boxer & get back up again stronger, or just lie in the muck & mire like a pig (who are really clean animals if you believe that) rolling in our filth.1st Corinthians 10:13

  • @Humanicristarian sorry mate but i dont approve of that, jesus said it WONT be easy becoming a christian, look at himself, paul, john! they were all persected like mad man, god bless bro

  • My dear brother in God, I am a U.S. Marine. I forced myself, punished my body to push beyond my "self"-ish desires. "To live is Christ - to die is GAIN." Paul said discipline. He knew his past of sin/evil. One does not want to go back to that especially when the Lord gives you a Fatherly tap on the behind to keep things decently and in order.

  • I tried to walk the tightrope by childishly excusing myself dating an ex-stripper. He (FatherGod) kindly allowed a hornet to slip right through my car window down my back & into the crack of my ass stinging me. "My son, don't even TRY it!" That was the best scolding I ever got from Him and ended that 7 day relationship right then and there.

  • Happiness is your reward. I agree with megaballer1. I see people who don't believe in our Lord Jesus and submit to God will and they're just not happy. How can you be you're denying your small "s" spirit. Your sprit is happy only doing what God wants us to but. But our body, mind, flesh, dust, is bound by sin. Flesh is unhappy if we deny it but ultimately we're happier even the flesh... our flesh does not know our spirit. --> Romans 8:6-7 "For to be carnally minded is death, but to be ....

  • ...spiritually minded is life and peace.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can it be." Romans 8:6-7

  • Not a rap fan but was impressed with this. Keep up the great work Stephen the Levite!

  • Finally some rap worth buying....So glad I'm a Christian now...

  • i been lookn for this sooo long

  • great song

  • man stephen is speaking the truth

  • Amen

  • who is this stephen guy?! how dare he come against oprah and kanye? dont you know me? im from the book of Numbers chapter 25 crowd! jkjk this song is dead on. my Bishop is always preaching against synchronism, the meshing of various religions. so yeah, the song is dead on!

  • love the song!!!

  • :) nuff said... lets know what we listen to or support for that matter!

  • this is banginnn

  • Nice! I like it!

  • legit.

  • i LIKE it.

    i REALLY REALLY LIKe it.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • hey bruh, in your 'more info' I think you made a mistake >> "Now, we're NOT sinless of course, ..."

    GOOD Vid!!

  • oops. That's was a big mistake. Thanks. We're not sinless, we just sin less. Thanks for the correction.

  • actually i believe a true christian, can in fact be sinless.

you can make mistakes, but sin is a choice.

Jesus broke every bondage of sin and sickness on that cross!

  • "For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" obviosly no Christian can be sinless

  • yes, HAVE sinned,

it refers to your old life,

God won't ask you to live holy without sin,

if you can't do it, would he?

  • Peter was saved when he denied Christ three times. David had a relationship with God when he sinned w/ Bathsheba. Abraham had a relationship w/ God when he lied about Sarah not being his wife. Paul said in Romans that he constantly sinned despite not wanting to do so. etc. etc. etc. Christians sin.

  • In order to believe that a believer can be sinless, you have to underestimate sin, overestimate self, and come up with excuses, like calling your sins "mistakes". The standard is perfection and that's what's commanded, regardless of our inability to attain it. Legalism creeps in when we start thinking the standard is attainable, because we've lowered the standard to make it so. It's a dangerous, condemning doctrine. 1Cor.10:12 Sanctification should cause you to see more of your sin, not less

  • @dawhistleblower A believer is perfect. Maybe in a humanistic view, believers aren't perfect because we still sin, but in God's eyes we are perfect. We can't get to Heaven if we aren't perfect. Jesus paid the price so that we can be perfect when we accept Him. We are perfect in God's eyes. No one else's eyes matter, right?

  • @johnie4usc2 James 3:2 KJV explains what a perfect man is. . The hebrew word in the old testament for perfect is "tam" meaning "blameless, upright, spotless, just, mature", but not flawless. It just means to be a mature soul as says Heb 5:10-14. It means to b have balance between left and right, dark and light, law and mercy. Yu cant recognize the latter end of mental joy without the mental hell first. Tests become grades. Grades become rewards. Peace.....

  • @JJD93NL God also required Israel to keep the law perfectly and they couldn't - hence the reason for Jesus coming. Are you saying that Israel kept the law perfectly since God asked (commanded, really) them to keep it (live holy)?

The fact that God commands us to do stuff doesn't mean we have the capability to do it. But, we are still liable for not doing it because the reason for our incapability is our own fault (sinfulness). Do you claim to be perfect like the Father as required in Matt 5:48?

  • @dawgbear06, Where we fall short in our inability, GOD shows his mercy to us through his grace which we receive through his son Jesus Christ. Many times over you read "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of GOD", and also "Be ye perfect as your Father in Heaven is perfect". The WORD doesn't contradict itself, to be perfect is to walk as Christ walked, but You can't do it by yourself you need the Holy Ghost, who will comfort you and conform you to Christs image.

  • @Mratlanta84 I'm saying that we aren't perfect, even as Christians. JJD93NL claims we are/should be perfect. While Christ demands perfection from us, we aren't able to achieve it. He doesn't lower His standards, He came and met the standard on behalf of all believers. Now, we are obedient because of what he has done for us, but we are still far from perfection, or the admonition in 1 John 1:9 would be pointless. The Holy Spirit conforms us to Christ's image -- "be conformed" indicates a process.

  • @dawgbear06, You're right it is a process, but you also must learn to see it from The LORD'S perspective. David was a man who dealt with temptations, and fell like we all have in one way or another. Yet the LORD said his heart was perfect towards him. We need to live according the MASTER'S definition of perfection. As you stated and are correct, it is the Holy Spirit that conforms us to the image and likeness of the SON, apart from that there is no perfection.

  • @dawgbear06

We are to do our best to follow God's laws, all of them that we can keep today, like kosher, ect. it don't take away from Yeshua(who is God in the flesh), unless we do it for salvation purposes. we should obey cuz he says so and cuz we love him.

  • we are sinless in the fact that in our spirit we are already perfected because when we accept Christ we become one with him and we become dead to sin (old nature). However, the soul (our mind, will, and emotions) is where we struggle with the power of sin and this is what has to be put to death daily as Paul talks about and what Jesus talks about in Luke 9 when He talks about taking up our cross daily and denying self.

  • I like that attitude. =)

  • I agree with you 100%. Wow good one bro =). It will be cool if you add me.
