ok make sure the ipod is enabled as a drive!

Step 1. Open My Computer

Step 2. Click On Your iPod

Step 3. Click on the folder that says DCIM

Step 4. The Videos should be there as an MP4 format

@Crunketh Connect iPod nano to your Mac and iPhoto opens and syncs all the video you shot on iPod nano to your computer. On a PC its the same just use your favorite photo software.
