@zackoggy34 they're very similar, but collegiate has a few different rules, and you get points for riding your opponent for a minute

@Dgkman2004 no much but in freestyle you get hold hands and stuff and its a different scoring system too

@Dgkman2004 folk style you're not allowed to put in a full nelson, and it's more of a softer version of freestyle since usually only high schools use folk style. other than that it's pretty much the same.

@MelkiteKataeb Well just see how freestyle is. Its more about throws and rolls rather then takedowns. Just search it and youll see the diffrence.

Freestyle is mainly that you are doing alot more throws and move that cant always be done in folkstyle. In freestyle the more danger you put your opponent in the more points you recive.
