That men start to see these things as problematic, which I appreciate, is a logical consequence of the transformation of our society caused by female emancipation. You shouldn't turn and talk to the camera during your interview. It was good overall, but when you turn and talk to the camera it makes the atmosphere uncomfortable and disrupts the chemistry of the interviews.
