You should really hold the valves down when putting a slide back in. The air can get trapped in and expand your slides.

you can just open ur spit vaulves to do that, the air will come out eventually anyways the trumpet isnt airtight

euphoniums and baritones are not the same, baritones are cylindrical, euphoniums are conical. and french horn is a conical too

Why would you say euphonium and baritone. You don't need to "show" off what you know to people. Those instruments are technically the same. Look at me, I know what mellophones and a sousaphones are!
