I'm in love with this dance...seriously I was obsessed with this for months after it was on tv!!! Derek really is a genious! I thought it was a perfect dance, and Cary Ann gave them a 9 because of the kick-back!!!! Her little skirt thingy got in the way!!! WHAT WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO!!!!

@28bluesfan I think she means the backkick at 2:37. Also she didn't finish in time with music. It is a outstanding great perfomance, which will be remembered. However it is not perfect. 29 is a justified score cause its nearly there. DWTS overscored so much (87 perfect scores were given out in 12 seasons.

You know, this really was a wonderful dance. I couldn't understand why she did not make it to the finals. Someone said that she was naturally stiff in her dances and I saw that it is true. She was wonderful in this and the V. waltz, but I saw her do a mambo and she really, really was very stiff. I can understand why she did not make it to the finals, but for paso and V. waltz, she is wonderful.

@TheLelooish The robot theme is perfect for her because she's so stiff. Like an effin plank. A lot of her dances were like that, which is why I, to this day, don't understand why people were always talking about how good she was. She wasn't. But honestly I think she should have lasted longer than Donnie. Still can't quite figure out how even made it to top 10. Know for sure it wasn't because of talent, not on his part anyway.
