  • With your review I realize that I could NEVER take your recommendations seriously. I had the opposite reaction to every one of your points of praise about Law Abiding Citizen. This is one of the worst films of the year. If Jamie Fox continues to make films like this, people (except you) will come to realize that he's not really a very good actor. "Ray" was a fluke just like it was for F. Murray Abraham when he won the Oscar for "Amadeus".

  • @txmoneyits better than anything ive seen this summer and ive seen every film this summer wish they still made them like this

  • it was great but it has no replay value. The movie's all about the twist and figuring out how he's killing...once they show you, you won't watch it again. Although it was a really good ride

  • @Gossipsauce1

Gray's best film is still one of his first - The Negotiator (1998) with Samuel L. Jackson and Kevin Spacey. Desperately underrated movie full of great performances, twists and turns, and a tightly wound, claustrophobic chess match between the two leads. Not enough people saw it which is a shame, but it sustains a lot of tension over a fairly long run time, without outwarming its welcome.

  • I'm sorry but Law Abiding Citizen was god awful. The writing was ludicrous, acting atrocious. He was killing members of our justice system to get more justice for murderers? To teach them a lesson because they're "corrupt"? There was no inkling of them being corrupt the entire film, just Gerard Butler being insane. Oh and an ex-CIA mastermind (which they devulge 3/4 of the way through the film).

  • it sucked. very much.

  • He wasn't seeking revenge. He was trying to teach Jamie Fox how to be honest and the true meaning of justice since our law system is so corrupted.

  • @TheyCallMeBabii you're totally right exept 4 1 thing:

near the begining: he is trying to get revenge on the guy that killed his family, once he kills him, he goes to court and is about to get set free on bail, when he rants about how the justice system dosnt work.

no one listerns to him so, he kills innocent people 1 by 1 until he gets his message accross

  • @DriftMafia It was ALL apart of a greater plan. Like he said he could hv easily killed them all way before the 10 years past.

  • @TheyCallMeBabii oh true,

none-the-less it was an EPIC movie

  • @DriftMafia I KNOW RIGHT!!!!

  • Don't fucking tell the ending in a movie review you fucking low lifes

  • Movie sucked ass! Bad guy won and the good guy died....wtf?

  • yea i hated how the film ended... i felt it was going to have butler alive at the end... but no they had to kill him... that was really stupid... but the other parts were awesome... like when the judge(girl) answers the phone and it shoots her... lol amazing

  • "huge thumbs up" *puts up okay sign* LMFAO

  • I love jamie foxx's films (the kingdom) but i really hated his role in this film. This movie is in my top 10's but the ending really made my hate it alittle.

  • argeed

  • God for some reason I just want to punch you in your face bc you are so annoying with just the way you present yourself. Im sry but Jamie Foxx turns in a great performance? Yeah right, god you don't know what your talking about. Don't get me wrong I really liked this movie but you don't have any idea what your talking about! Im very glad you stop making movie review videos!

  • Super! I just watched this in high quality at *** The Movie Dir . com

  • This is an exceptional movie, I stumbled across it for free in HD here: WATCHMOVIES4FREE |DOT| ORG

  • that's not a chase sequence

  • I don't really consider that a chase sequence...I mean they were just driving fast to get to a destination.

  • sorry man, no chase scene...there are scenes with fast driving, but never any where they are actually chasing another car

  • Wow I think you must have seen a different Law Abiding Citizen movie than I did! It was alright but not a Rocking massive action movie. Nice review as always though :)

  • pictures?!

  • I agree! This movie is great! Keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. All the actors turn in fine performances. Saw this movie 2 days ago at an advance screening. Warning - a few gory scenes, but most is off-camera, and left to your imagination. If you like thrillers, this is a must see.

  • Where did you saw this movie?

  • Thanks for the stellar review! I have plans in place to see it 3 times already! Love Gerard Butler! awesome actor!

  • WOW!! I was already on board but I'm so excited to hear the thoughts of people who've already seen it! Thanks for this.

  • Cool review. love your vids.

Great to hear Gerry is doing well again. He's from my small town in Paisley.

  • It's nice to see that Butler bounced back from that dreadful chick flick he made.
