@supersport22 okay 1st question you press ctrl+shift+c to bring up the cheat code box type in testingcheatsenabled true, then press enter, open the cheat box again, type in buydebug, go to buy mode and click on the question mark categorie that is now there. Place the fog emmiter on your lot( you need to cover your lot with them it only covers a tiny area) well I'm not sure on this next part but you have to do it while in buy mode. Shift+click on the fog emmiter ( I don't know what you click on

to make it snow you have to use the cheat and type in (Buydebug, then go to buy mode click on box/square? , find fog Emitter, press Shift+ ctrl, then click the Fog Emitter, then click visual Effects type snow falling heavy day) (thats for snow) if you want rain then do the same but type in (Rainheavydaytime_

@LoveableOlivia its actually quite easy, do control, shift c type testingcheatsenabled true....then do it again but write buydebug....then in buy mode you will see a question mark click that....then go to misalineous....find the fog emitter....place it somewhere....while in buy mode shift click it.....then type in snowfallingheavyday.....and there you go hope it helped :D
