Life, Liberty & Property are the only things that need to be upheld in any society. I have the right to invite onto my property anyone I decide. That infringes no one's Liberty. The "Law" is irrelevent to Life, Liberty and Property.
Immigration just means "Movement".
If a persons movement does not infringe on anyones Life, Liberty or Property, they have a right to do that.

According to the Pew Hispanic Center, Massachusetts' illegal immigrant population exploded during Romney's one gubernatorial term.
