John, this track is just lovely. I've seen your comments on so many videos, but I guess I never thought to click on you to see if you had videos of your own. I love what I've heard so far.
WOW, funny coincidence! ;-) It's probably because that melody/sequence is a stock patch on the Yamaha RM1X I have and Stereokenetic probably have a RM1X too! Thanks for pointing it out!
I have the rm1x as well, but unfortunately I haven't touched it since I made a pattern or two with it. Now I have ableton to do my sequencing and I'm thinking of selling it (but I can't because I've written some kickass pattern or two on it :P)
I really enjoyed this. I have a cold at the moment, took Nyquil about a half hour ago, and both the audio and video effects so very well complement my current state of mind :)
The COTK demos have been great. Thanks for sharing them
Thank you for watching and the nice complements! ;-)
I keep thinking about your awesome ribbbon controllers and plan on adding one to my setup sometime this year! (I got some ideas about a custom one I'll need to talk to you about though ;-)
John, with all thoe modules, I can't blame you for getting a few bouts of insomnia.

whaa this is sooo weird!
This magnificent piece reminds me of a part of an acidtechno song released this year (and I ordered it just before I saw your clip!)
Guess Einstein was right in saying that there is no coincidence :P
check @ myspace:
/stereokenetic - first song, somewhere towards the end...

It has a damn nice MIDI delay though :)

NOW I know what you've been up to all these years...you've come a long way from overloading the flash pots with powder my friend...
Seriously, very cool atmospheric sounds, you should be close to cutting a demo EP, eh? You've got the title now.

Wadaya mean? A flashpot can NEVER have too much powder! ;-)
Thanks for the compliments and suggestion for an album title, I like it!

Sounds good. Reminds me of Pink Floyd in the early days.

Thanks! :-) Yes, it started to remind me a little of their song 'Echos'.
