@DreadLord786 That will depend of the enamelnatural color and that vary per person and the good and bad habits. For example an average yellow enamel will not change at all, but this home formula that she's talking about is effective to clean and get the spots out. Smoke and constant coffee will make one to dedicate more time. But normally it could be about a week or less. But remember..., that may vary. I just do dentures and other protesis but I work with dentists...

It can whiten your teeth and also help keep them healthy. Hold some hydrogen peroxide in your mouth for 3 to 10 minutes most days--skip every day or so. It will make your teeth noticeably whiter. If you want unnaturally white teeth, well, then you might wanna go and pay out the wazoo for it. Personally I like a more natural whitening and the benefit of healthier teeth, as well as the empowerment of diy :)

u can try using hydro.peroxide as tooth whitener

but try not to rinse,use a toothbrush.

rinsing mouth with hydr.peroxide can cause mouth irritation n increased tooth sensitivity to temperature changes.
