@tom27j from my perspective...its hard to play the damn banjo as it is...much less trying to smile while i do it....but if you look at jens...he always smiles! i guess you have to be a badass to smile and play banjo at the same time

I saw Kruger give this inspirational talk at Kaufman Kamp. He asked what are your goals??? are they to show off to everyone and "one-up" the other musicians? or is your goal to do something artistic? to try to bring creativity to your playing.

That's what hes doing here, he could upstage all of them but that would be poor form.

staldi1234 we know Jens is one of the best all around great masters of the 5-string banjo, and Terry is one of best bluegrass pickers around. Give him credit for his talent as well and remember, this isn't a contest. Jens is always the kind gentlemen and is holding back to feature Terry.
