  • This would be much more expensive than ab slings or ab wheel.

  • This exercise is intended to work lower abs better and easier than hanging in slings or holding yourself up in a Vertical Knee Raise Chair. Hanging is slings involves a lot of upper body strength and is harder to do and getting in the VKR causes a lot of pressure on the forward delts.
