  • I Teach Martial arts and this video is excellent I came down with M,S 5 months ago and suffered I lot of muscle weakness ataxia and some spasticity , I am on the mend now and am concentrating on fitness and posture , thank you for sharing this! I will use this on my self and I'm subscribing! Trevor

  • To help align, lengthen and de-stress my back and neck, I reach up & place my thumb along the mandible, index finger at base of head, spread remaining finger to support and gently & slightly lift at the base of my head. Lower arms to hang loosely, then continue with the neck and head exercises!

  • that definitley helps.and it is easier to concentrate when you have your eyes closed.

  • When I was younger I did swimming and ballet. I am such a strong swimmer, but studies made me quit ballet.

    A few years ago I dislocated my left knee cap due to weak muscles. I only slipped slightly on my floor.

    I really need to get back into strengthening my muscles and regaining my fitness.

  • I learned to swim by myself..it's so much fun =) but I'm careful deep water and I did ballet to just that I didn't like it too much cuz of my teacher...

  • yeah they kinda go together

    i have been dancing since i was 5

    and the only sports that i am good

    at are swimming and badminton.

    i think they may like be the same part of the brain or something?

  • oh my goodness. i did a jazz pirouette afterwards and i feel like i was doing a graceful ballet pirouette.

  • excellent exercise!! It really helps you relaxing and also it straighten your posture. I felt different when I began walking after doing it.
