What a pathetic presentation of a fabulous song by one of country music's greatest performers and songwriters. Seems like he couldn't get it over fast enough to get off stage; how sad.
Sadly, Don, great an artist as he was, did not enjoy touring, and had some substance abuse problems, which might account for this rather desultory performance.
@moproducer Didn't know about his problems. There was no soul in this rendition , he was just going through the motions. i will remember him like he sung this song way back in 1961, it brings so many memories back to me .

@mrtwang32 It's pretty obvious he was having a rough time here. Before the drugs, he was the most soulful singer ever in country music.
