I was so sad in these episodes, [ well, I never finished angel, I wasn't that interested.. ] but, I cried hysterically especially when Anya died, cause she's my second favorite character.

"The Body" was SUCH..A BEAUTIFULLY ARTISTIC episode!! (Episode where Joyce dies). U Can tell when it's a Joss episode, he always leaves you...THINKING! also the guy who played Doyle is dead in real life...:( I loved him in Angel..I loved everyone in both Buffy and Angel!

freds death is the sadest from angel by far it broke my heart when i found out her soul was destroyed. wes's death is a close second because it got such a reaction from illyra.

Taras death from buffy willows after rampage makes it so much sader.

@PandaEpidemic She did actually die. There was an episode where she "woke up" from her coma because of a vision, and then in the end told Angel goodbye and kissed him. After she left the room Angel got a call from the hospital saying that Cordy had died, and she'd never really woken up. I guess the PTB let her spirit have a physical form long enough to help Angel one last time, and to give her a chance to say goodbye.
