I'm glad there's no screaming. Cove has a great voice, and I like screaming, but everyone does it, and there's no feeling to it anymore. It's just bands going, "oh, let's be brutal," without putting emotion into it.

if that was in reference to me, its just because cove doesnt sing that well live. he sounds different, his voice doesnt hit the notes it does on the cd. and its a shame because the music sounds perfect live, but his voice throws everything off. i love saosin, but hate when people cant emulate what they can do on the cd.

agreed. I saw them twice last year, and he didn't really nail it. I was also bummed out that he didn't sing You're not alone at either show, but let the crowd struggle to hit higher notes. They still had stage presence and it was still an amazing show!

on a side note, Alex Rodriguez is always amazing.
