  • This might sound strange, but being a female and into weight-lifting, I find the best inspiration for myself is to watch other strong women workout or even just flexing. It's like I need that extra help visualizing my goals (as a teen, I had Linda Hamilton on my wall.). I typically just surf around youtube for about 30 min. while drinking my morning coffee. I used to get the Oxygen mag, which is great and insightful, but it's less expensive to just find it here.

  • Thanks for the motivation. I'm traveling for work and I'm SOOOO tired right now, but because of your video, I just texted my yoga teacher in this city (yes I make sure I have a yoga teacher in every city I speak in) to tell him I was coming to class. Now I will go. Woot Woot!

  • Awesome advice...first step, change into your workout clothes...second step, get into the car (if you're going to the gym), third step, lift that first weight. That should get you going.
